PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: KOZHIKODE (Offline / On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive who can set up, optimize, and

scale up performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate must

be able to work out data-backed strategies, bring in high-quality leads, and keep up with fast-

changing digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

? Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest,

Quora, and Reddit to drive up conversions.

? Draw up media plans, lay out campaign schedules, and follow through with timely execution.

? Monitor and track daily campaign performance and point out improvement areas.

? Carry out application marketing using data-driven tactics to push up user acquisition and

retention.

? Follow up with influencers and agencies to roll out influencer marketing campaigns.

? Look after email marketing workflows--segmentation, automation, and performance

optimisation.

? Bring together analytics from various platforms to map out weekly and monthly

performance reports.

? Work closely with internal teams to sort out priorities and bring about consistent campaign

outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

? Strong experience in managing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Quora,

and Reddit.

? Proven track record in application marketing, influencer marketing, and email marketing.

? High-level proficiency in campaign planning, scheduling, monitoring, and optimisation.

? Ability to work through large datasets and come up with strategic insights.

? Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
