+ Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
+ Handle lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns end to end
+ Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
+ Set up and manage pixels, events, and conversion tracking
+ Work with Google Tag Manager and Analytics for tracking validation
+ Manage and optimize WhatsApp and lead-based funnels
+ Identify performance issues and take corrective action
+ Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
+ Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights
Mandatory Requirements
+ 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
+ Proven experience handling, Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns, WhatsApp-based or form-based lead funnels
+ Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel & event setup across platforms
+ Strong understanding of campaign objectives and optimization logic
+ Ability to analyze data and improve results independently
