We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics, scaling strategies, and lead-quality improvement--not just campaign setup.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Manage

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Performance Max) Develop audience targeting strategies for lead generation & sales Write or guide high-converting ad copies and creative angles Monitor and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Meta dashboards & GA4 Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives Prepare performance reports with clear insights and action points
Required Skills & Experience

0-1 years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience in lead generation campaigns Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversions Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics
