Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and YouTube.
Plan and execute strategies to improve
leads, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement improvements.
Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audiences.
Create performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with platform trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
.
Good understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
