We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven
Performance Marketing Executive
to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better
ROI, CPL, CPA & ROAS
.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure best utilisation for maximum results.
Monitor and report campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad copies & creatives.
Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to enhance campaign strategy.
Track lead funnel performance, coordinate with sales team for quality lead generation.
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Ad Campaign Management.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, Remarketing & Conversion Tracking.
Skilled in using
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking
, and Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
Basic understanding of landing page optimisation, funnel marketing, and automation tools.
Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
