Optimisation & Analytics
Continuously monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyse campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure proper tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and pixel integrations.
Creatives & Collaboration
Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills
1-3 years experience in performance / paid marketing.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, funnel metrics.
Experience running lead gen or e-commerce campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency.
Familiarity with landing page optimisation.
Good to Have
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification.
Basic knowledge of Canva / creative briefing.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or influencer performance campaigns.
