Position Overview:



As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed digital growth across Ekya Schools' ecosystem. You will lead initiatives in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and paid digital advertising--owning the full-funnel strategy from lead generation to final conversion.

You will work closely with both the admissions teams to evaluate the quality of leads and optimize campaigns based on real-time performance metrics. A strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and lead nurturing workflows will be essential, as your work directly impacts admissions inquiries and brand visibility.

Your role will require a blend of analytical acumen and creative problem-solving. You will continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment while aligning with the mission and ethos of our schools. This is a role for someone who thrives on measurable outcomes and has a keen interest in education, parent behavior, and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Full-Funnel Performance Marketing & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)



Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other performance-driven channels.
Own the entire marketing funnel -- from awareness generation to lead conversion -- ensuring smooth transitions between each stage.

Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as:

CPL

: Cost Per Lead

CPA

: Cost Per Acquisition

ROAS

: Return on Ad Spend

CTR

: Click-Through Rate

CVR

: Conversion Rate Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, ad formats, and audience targeting to refine campaign effectiveness. Ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and Calls-To-Action (CTAs) are conversion-optimized and consistent with campaign objectives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy & Execution:



Develop and execute search engine optimization strategies to increase organic visibility, drive high-intent traffic, and support lead generation objectives.

Lead Nurturing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Collaborate closely with the admissions team to analyze lead quality, lifecycle stages, conversion ratios, and drop-off points. Use insights from the admissions pipeline to adjust campaign strategies and budget allocations. Design and manage automated lead nurturing workflows across platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce -- integrating email, SMS, and WhatsApp touchpoints. Map the entire customer journey and implement strategies to reduce lead fatigue and accelerate conversions.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:



Set up marketing dashboards using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or similar tools to monitor cross-channel performance. Implement cohort analysis, campaign tagging, and attribution modeling to gain deeper insights into channel effectiveness and long-term ROI. Deliver regular reporting and performance reviews with actionable recommendations for optimization. Leverage data to identify new growth opportunities and scale winning campaigns.

Collaboration & Strategic Growth Alignment:



Work cross-functionally with the marketing, admissions, content, and web development teams to ensure aligned campaign objectives. Support the admissions team with performance data, insights, and suggestions to improve lead follow-up and conversion strategies. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and platform innovations to maintain competitive advantage. Conduct detailed keyword research, on-page content optimization, and technical SEO audits (e.g., mobile responsiveness, load speed, structured data). Collaborate with web developers to implement technical improvements and with content creators to build search-optimized landing pages and blog content. Track keyword rankings and performance trends using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Embrace a growth-mindset approach, proactively testing new platforms, formats, and audience strategies to identify scalable acquisition models.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Experience in SEO and SEM strategies. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication and project management skills. International exposure is highly valued

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
