Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the social media team and account managers to understand client objectives and target audiences.
Develop data-driven social media advertising strategies aligned with client goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, sales, social media engagements & Follower growth).
Conduct thorough competitor research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting.
Build and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You tube, Google).
Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time using social media analytics tools.
Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
Generate comprehensive performance reports and present findings to clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media advertising trends, platforms, and features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or social media advertising.
Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, You tube Ads).
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Passion for social media and a keen understanding of current social media trends.
