We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused
Performance Marketing Executive
who has hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other search/social performance platforms.
The ideal candidate understands both
B2B and D2C funnels
, knows how to scale paid channels efficiently, and can translate performance insights into actionable improvements across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams--content, creative, product, and sales--to drive measurable growth across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

, adapting strategy based on audience behavior and platform strengths.
Keyword and audience research for campaign planning.
Analytics & Measurement
Strong understanding of
Google Analytics (GA4)
and
Google Search Console
.
Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR.
Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
Creative & Messaging Optimization
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad copies, creatives, and audience segments.
Suggest creative directions based on data-driven insights.
Display & Programmatic
Understanding of
on-site and off-site display advertising
(Google Display Network, retargeting, contextual ads).
Support programmatic buys through DSPs.
SEO & Web Readiness
Basic understanding of SEO best practices to support landing page relevance and Quality Score improvements.
Coordination with the SEO team to maintain high-intent keyword coverage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business outcomes.
Support B2B lead generation workflows via CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
Experience running campaigns for both
B2B and D2C brands
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
.
Understanding of
Display advertising
, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and present clear performance summaries.
Strong command over ad copywriting and creative briefing.
Familiarity with lead management and CRM systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization, funnel creation & CRO.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools: HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or landing page builders (Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress).
Exposure to programmatic DSPs, UAC, or e-commerce marketplace ads.
Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing.
