A/B testing of ads to find the most effective ad creatives and targeting strategies.
Budget Management:
Manage monthly ad budgets of up to ?2,00,000, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns for maximum ROI.
Monitor spending and adjust bids as needed to stay within budget while maximizing conversions.
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet business goals.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine ad targeting and improve campaign outcomes.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other marketing teams (Content, SEO, Design) to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Communicate results and optimizations effectively with stakeholders.
Stay Updated with Trends:
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads, to leverage new features and tools.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Skills:
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Budget Management:
Proven experience handling monthly ad budgets of ?2,00,000 or more.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance issues efficiently.
Education:
