We are now building a robust digital presence and are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead brand visibility and drive admissions growth through social media, paid campaigns, and SEO.
Role Objective
To build and manage a strong digital brand presence, execute strategic lead generation campaigns, and grow online visibility through high-performing content, SEO, and targeted paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Branding & Content Oversight
Create and manage a cohesive brand identity across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
Plan monthly content calendars reflecting school culture, academics, events, and achievements
Coordinate with designers/content creators for compelling posts, reels, and campaigns
Monitor engagement and build a follower community aligned with school values
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X targeting parents and decision-makers
Optimize campaigns to ensure low CPL (Cost Per Lead) and high conversion rates
Set up landing pages, CTAs, and forms integrated with CRM systems
3. SEO & Web Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO for the school website
Research and implement keyword strategies for blog/articles and landing pages
Collaborate with the web team to improve user experience and organic reach
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics
Generate insights and reports to guide strategy and optimize marketing efforts
Monitor competitor digital activities and benchmark trends
5. School Aggregator Platforms
Update and manage listings on platforms like Edustoke, UniApply, Admission24, etc.
Ensure strong profile visibility, timely updates, and lead monitoring from these sources
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
2-4 years of experience in digital/brand/performance marketing, preferably in the education sector
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Zoho, or HubSpot
Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and eye for brand aesthetics
Proficiency in Canva/Adobe for quick creative collaboration
