Job Overview
As a Performance Marketing Executive at PactPulse Solutions, you will be located in our Jaipur office and join our team in a full-time role. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing. You will utilize your expertise to drive results through paid advertising channels and help optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Facebook Ads (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in campaign optimization techniques to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Proficient in paid social strategies to maximize reach and engagement across social media platforms.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and its integration into comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Experience in display advertising to create impactful, visual ad campaigns that capture audience attention.
• Strong lead generation skills to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for client campaigns.

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms, ensuring best practice execution.
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
• Experiment with new and creative growth strategies to improve overall marketing efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and enhance performance marketing efforts.
• Ensure strict adherence to budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI from marketing activities.
