: Performance Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.

? Manage and optimize

lead generation campaigns

specific to real estate projects.

? Track campaign performance and ensure cost per lead (CPL) and ROI targets are met.

? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

? Collaborate with the sales & creative team to design high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.

? Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite / CRM tools.

? Identify trends and insights to allocate budgets effectively.

? A/B test ad copies, visuals, and funnels to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements

?

Minimum 2 years

of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry (agency or developer side).

? Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads,

and CRM integrations.

? Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.

? Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

? Excellent communication and reporting skills.
