We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns that drive growth and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Manage ads on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
Plan full-funnel campaigns (awareness to conversion)
Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets for best performance
Track key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Analyze data and share actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and content teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta & Google Ads
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of audience targeting and funnel strategies
Ability to create and test ad copies and creatives
Bonus:
Experience with eCommerce / pet / D2C brands
Google or Meta Ads certification
