About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented
Performance Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You'll work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other platforms
.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing page optimization.
Develop and manage remarketing, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
Stay updated on the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
Manage client budgets efficiently while achieving KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
performance marketing or digital advertising
(agency experience preferred).
Strong expertise in
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads Manager
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
for tracking and reporting.
Hands-on experience with
conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign optimization
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
