We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for our organization. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital advertising and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance across various marketing channels. This role includes driving efficient conversion and booking growth through digital performance channels, daily reporting of KPIs, creating compelling ad copy, staying updated on industry trends, monitoring web analytics, and evaluating search performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI on all campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, implementing best practices in all campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience of 2-3 years
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience in Data Analysis and reporting
Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
