Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad assets.
Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure alignment with growth KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch/Mixpanel to track and attribute performance.
Work closely with product and CRM teams to align acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify new channels or opportunities for scalable user acquisition.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and optimization across digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to meet KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.
Stay up to date about the industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills; experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
Experience with mobile user acquisition and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).
Knowledge of funnel optimization and remarketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
