. You will be responsible for daily campaign management, strategy alignment, performance tracking, and ROAS optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Own full-funnel campaign setup including audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4 to track user behavior and conversion events.
Create weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and product teams for performance-driven strategies.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with creative/design teams for ad assets and content optimization.
Suggest landing page improvements to improve conversion rates.
Align campaign plans with seasonal brand calendars and product drops.
Key Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of paid media metrics: CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV, CVR
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands preferred
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
