Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat Ads, and YouTube Ads (Google Ads) with a strong focus on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads
Run campaigns for Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, and Brand Awareness
Conduct audience research and build Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences
Monitor daily performance and optimize CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements
Analyze lead quality and maintain performance data in Excel / Google Sheets
Manage ad budgets and assist in scaling profitable campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Stay updated with ad policies, trends, and platform updates
Requirements
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Ads
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Snapchat Ads and YouTube Ads (Google Ads) is a plus
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data and take optimization decisions
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and lead analysis
Good understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and audience behavior
Strong communication and coordination skills
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,382.61 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
