Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
paid digital marketing campaigns
across platforms like
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and YouTube.
Manage end-to-end
lead generation campaigns
for courses, masterclasses, webinars, and placements.
Track daily performance metrics such as
CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions
, and campaign budgets.
Create or support the creation of
basic social media banners, ad creatives, and landing page visuals
(Canva preferred).
Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad copies, creatives, and funnels.
Assist in
email marketing campaigns
--drafting copies, scheduling emails, and improving open & conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to improve performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with the marketing leadership.
Stay updated with the latest trends in
EdTech marketing, paid media, and growth strategies

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, MBA, or relevant field)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in
Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Experience in
EdTech or education marketing
is a strong plus
Skills Required
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of
lead generation funnels and landing pages
Basic design skills using
Canva
(mandatory)
Good copywriting and email marketing knowledge
Analytical mindset with experience using
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
, etc.
Strong coordination and communication skills
