Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital channels.



Support in keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.



Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.



Learn and apply best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and optimization strategies.



Coordinate with content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.



Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance marketing.



Required Skills



Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing concepts.



Strong analytical and numerical skills.



Good communication skills and attention to detail.



Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.



Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
