Role Overview
We're seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive measurable growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling paid media campaigns that fuel our D2C brand's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM) and prepare dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand goals. - Optimize funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Explore new channels and growth opportunities to scale acquisition.
- Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing/paid media.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience in running D2C campaigns with proven ROAS.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce/D2C is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
