Location :: Nr Bopal - Ahmedabad

Salary :: Up 5 to 10 LPA - Depends on interview

Job Role

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels

Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize ROI

Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM) and prepare performance dashboards

Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand goals

Optimize marketing funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies

Explore new paid channels and growth opportunities to scale customer acquisition

Stay ahead of industry benchmarks, platform updates, and growth hacks

Requirements

2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing / paid media

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms

Hands-on experience in running D2C campaigns with proven ROAS

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and reporting tools

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing strategies

Experience in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce/D2C brands is highly desirable
