: Performance Marketing Executive

We're expanding our Digital Marketing Team and looking for a performance-driven professional to lead and manage paid campaigns across platforms.

Role Overview:

Plan & execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn

Drive results: Lead Gen, ROAS, CTR, CPL

Conduct A/B Testing, analyze data & optimize performance

Collaborate with content & design teams

Monitor metrics & generate performance reports

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in paid marketing

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Performance-focused and data-driven mindset

Familiarity with tracking, UTM, pixel setup, and landing pages

Tools: Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.

Salary:

?20,000 - ?35,000 (Based on experience & performance)
