Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions)
Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages (with design/content teams)
Set up and manage
conversion tracking, pixels, and events
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyze data and suggest improvements for scaling campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics
Experience with
Google Analytics (GA4)
and Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of conversion funnels and remarketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
