Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (preferred for academic leads)
Generate high-quality leads for:
Academic courses (Digital Marketing, Data Science, Full Stack, etc.)
Digital marketing clients and services
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Track and analyze campaign performance using:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking & pixels
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
Prepare performance reports and insights for management
Stay updated with latest trends in paid marketing and platform updates
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Lead generation campaigns
Understanding of:
Funnel strategy & landing page optimization
Keyword research & audience targeting
Retargeting & remarketing strategies
Basic knowledge of:
SEO, SMO, and email marketing
CRM & lead management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
Experience
1-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Experience in
education/academic lead generation
preferred
Experience in
digital marketing agency environment
is an advantage
