Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of

our paid marketing campaigns.

Your responsibility is to execute accurately, consistently, and responsibly.

What you will be responsible for

? Managing and executing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

? Setting up campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and budgets

? Uploading creatives and ad copies as per briefs

? Monitoring daily performance (CPL, CTR, spend pacing)

? Implementing basic optimizations (pausing low performers, scaling winners)

? Coordinating with internal team

? Ensuring proper tracking (Pixel, GA4 events, basic CRM attribution)

? Maintaining clean ad account hygiene and reports

? Sharing regular performance updates and observations

Who should apply

? 1-4 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads

? Has actually run campaigns, not just assisted

? Comfortable following structured briefs and SOPs

? Data-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented

? Understands lead-generation businesses (services preferred)

? Willing to learn and adapt during a product transition phase
