Role Description:
As a
Performance Marketing Executive
at Spartech, you will be responsible for driving
measurable growth
for our mobile app and online sales through
paid advertising platforms
.
This is a
hands-on execution role
, where your success will be judged by
leads, app installs, cost efficiency, and conversions
-- not by likes or impressions.
You will work closely with:
The founder / brand lead
Sales and WhatsApp follow-up team
Your focus will be on
testing, optimizing, and scaling what works
, while keeping a tight control on budgets.
Requirements:
1-3 years of
hands-on experience
running paid ads
Strong working knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns)
Clear understanding of performance metrics
(CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPI)
Experience handling
small to medium budgets
efficiently
Ability to work in an
in-office environment
Comfortable with daily reporting and accountability
Qualifications (Good to Have):
Experience in
B2B, industrial, construction, or high-ticket products
Exposure to
app marketing
(Firebase / Meta SDK basics)
Understanding of
lead-to-sales funnels
(WhatsApp / calling follow-ups)
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and sales teams
