Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketing Executive
with a strong background in paid advertising, analytics, and organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

Manage and scale
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for conversions and brand awareness.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
Use
Google Analytics (GA4)
, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track performance.
Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
SEO & SMO
Implement on-page and off-page

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Manage
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
across major platforms to improve engagement and reach.
Website & Content Management
Manage and update websites using
WordPress

Ensure website content aligns with SEO and conversion best practices.
Creative & Design Support
Create and edit marketing creatives using
