Job Summary



We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

with proven experience in managing and optimizing

paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

. The role focuses on driving measurable results--traffic, leads, app installs, and conversions--through data-driven strategies, continuous optimization, and performance reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). Manage

Meta Ads

across Facebook & Instagram (Traffic, Lead, Conversion, Reach & Engagement campaigns). Handle daily campaign monitoring, bid optimization, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Performance Optimization

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve

CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

. Conduct

A/B testing

on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages. Identify scaling opportunities for high-performing campaigns.
Tracking & Analytics

Set up and manage

conversion tracking

using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads reports. Ensure accurate data flow and troubleshoot tracking issues.
Reporting & Insights

Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

with insights and recommendations. Present campaign performance, learnings, and optimization plans to internal teams/stakeholders. Track key KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with

creative, content, and design teams

for ad creatives. Coordinate with web/app teams for landing page and conversion optimization. Stay updated with platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience in

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of: Campaign structures & bidding strategies Audience targeting & retargeting Conversion tracking & attribution Experience with

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

Knowledge of

remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences


Analytical & Strategic Skills

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights Basic understanding of funnel marketing and customer journeys
Soft Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in

retail, e-commerce, real estate, or mall marketing

Knowledge of

YouTube Ads, Performance Max, and App Campaigns

Basic understanding of

SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization

Experience handling monthly budgets of ?12L+ across platforms
