The Social Media Performance Marketing Specialist will lead exposure marketing, paid advertising, and social media management efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing performance-driven campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and ROI across social platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media and performance marketing campaigns across platforms. Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising to achieve KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPC, and ROI. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to identify trends and insights for improvement. Use analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite) to monitor results and inform optimizations. Manage organic social media pages, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and audience growth. Create engaging content (text, images, video) aligned with campaign objectives and brand voice. Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in performance marketing and social media campaign management. Strong understanding of paid social advertising and performance metrics. Proficiency with social media platforms and performance analytics tools. Ability to manage social media pages and drive engagement.
