Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Performance Marketing:



Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.). Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

E-commerce Management:



Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversions using SEO and content strategies. Manage product listings, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or company website). Monitor inventory, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:



Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign effectiveness and sales performance. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to monitor traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Collaboration & Strategy:



Work closely with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing strategies. Assist in developing marketing plans and e-commerce strategies for new product launches. Contribute ideas for growth hacking and customer acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce management. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retail trends. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. Good communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
