We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving measurable growth, increasing ROI, and achieving performance targets through paid advertising, SEO, and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns deliver high ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other BI tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Drive traffic acquisition, lead generation, app installs, or e-commerce sales based on business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Optimize campaigns for both web and mobile platforms (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL models).
Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and social media advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
Strong copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns.
Understanding of e-commerce or app marketing funnels.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
