Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns

across platforms such as

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels

. Drive

lead generation

and

eCommerce sales

through well-targeted and budget-efficient campaigns. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies. Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and conversion tracking effectively. Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Prepare campaign reports, insights, and performance presentations for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing

. Proficiency in

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads

, and

Google Analytics

. Strong understanding of

conversion tracking

,

pixel setup

,

UTMs

, and performance metrics. Proven track record in

lead generation and eCommerce campaigns

. Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and reporting skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Good to Have:

Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or Amazon Ads. Google Ads & Meta certifications. Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization).
