Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads. The core focus will be on Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with basic SMM skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Handle basic social media marketing activities (posting, scheduling, content coordination, insights reporting).
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and campaigns.
Monitor daily performance of ads and optimise for best ROI and CPL.
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
Conduct competitor analysis and audience research for better targeting.
Assist in developing and improving digital marketing strategies for clients.
Maintain timely communication with clients and internal team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong skills in Meta Ads (must) and Google Ads (added advantage).
Basic understanding of social media marketing and platform analytics.
Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
Ability to analyse data and improve campaign performance.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
