Responsibilities:

Define target audiences and tailor campaigns to meet their needs and preferences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights, implementing best practices to improve performance.
Identify new growth opportunities through research and analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance performance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and insights to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
