What You'll Do:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to monitor campaign success.
Stay on top of digital marketing trends and suggest creative strategies.
Manage budgets smartly and provide clear performance reports regularly.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (B2B focus).
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Ads - campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Familiar with tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and UTM tracking.
Analytical mindset with an eye for metrics and insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads certification.
Experience with email marketing automation.
Understanding of sales funnels and lead scoring.
