Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Own campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.) and deliver against client KPIs.
Manage ad budgets across channels and allocate spend for maximum efficiency and performance.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and tech teams to align messaging and ensure campaign consistency.
Analyze performance reports, provide insights, and prepare presentations for internal and client review.
Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing within an ad agency or similar setup.
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms - Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and other DSPs.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc.
Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, and app marketing campaigns is a plus.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
