Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns Manage and analyze

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & ad reports

Handle

Instagram, YouTube & all social media profiles

performance Manage

Shopify website performance, traffic & conversions

Run performance-driven campaigns for

product launches & sales

Track KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions & growth metrics Prepare

weekly/monthly performance reports & insights

Coordinate with creative & social media teams for ad creatives Optimize funnels, landing pages & audience targeting

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in

performance/digital marketing

Mandatory experience in makeup / beauty / color cosmetics industry

Strong expertise in

Meta Ads & Google Analytics

Hands-on experience with

Shopify backend & conversion tracking

Knowledge of

YouTube ads & social media analytics

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting & optimization skills
