Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Track and control daily/monthly budgets to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Develop strong targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments.
Coordinate with Design and Content teams to refresh creatives based on results.
Analysis, Reporting & Optimization (20%)
Monitor and analyze KPIs like CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and ROAS.
Use analytics tools to uncover insights and diagnose performance issues.
Share weekly and monthly reports with clear findings and recommendations.
Strategy & Growth (10%)
Explore and test new channels, tools, and technologies for scaling.
Work with the Web team to improve landing pages and conversion paths.
Stay updated on performance marketing trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (agency or in-house).
Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Solid analytical ability with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
Familiarity with GTM, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ad reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related fields.
Preferred Skills (Not necessary, but good to have):
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with advanced tracking (server-side, conversion APIs).
