Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms)
Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Perform competitor analysis and audience research to guide targeting strategies.
Run A/B tests to optimize copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree
in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
1-3 years
of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
Strong knowledge of
SEO best practices
(on-page and off-page).
Certifications in Digital Marketing
(e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
