About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven

Performance Marketing Associate

to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing

, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions. Conduct

keyword research

,

audience targeting

, and

budget management

for paid campaigns. Optimize ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

and overall performance. Set up and execute

Email Marketing

campaigns using tools like

Mailchimp, Zoho, and Brevo

(formerly Sendinblue), or similar platforms. Manage

WhatsApp Marketing

campaigns and automation using tools such as

Aisensy, DoubleTick, and WATI

for lead nurturing and engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all platforms using analytics tools. Prepare and present regular

performance reports

with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest

trends, tools, and best practices

in digital marketing and SEM.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in SEM / Performance Marketing. Proven experience running successful

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns. Knowledge of

Email Marketing

and

WhatsApp Marketing

tools and automation (preferred). Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

, etc.). Proficiency in

Google Analytics

,

Meta Business Manager

, and related tools. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication

skills.

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing

will be a plus.

Specialization in Paid Ads

(Google, Meta, or other platforms) is highly preferred.
