Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
performance marketing campaigns
on
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
tailored to real estate audiences.
Optimize campaigns for
lead generation
,
cost per acquisition (CPA)
, and
return on ad spend (ROAS)
across multiple real estate projects.
Conduct thorough
keyword research
,
ad copy testing
, and
audience segmentation
to improve campaign efficiency.
Track daily performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement actionable insights to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Create and manage
landing pages
,
UTMs
, and
conversion tracking
through platforms like
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
.
Collaborate with the
creative and tech teams
to align ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging with campaign objectives.
Prepare detailed
weekly and monthly performance reports
, and lead
client calls
to review insights, optimization strategies, and budget recommendations.
Stay updated with
latest ad policy changes, targeting capabilities, and bidding strategies
on Google and Meta platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience
managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong understanding of
conversion funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization strategies.
Proficiency in tools such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
Experience with
CRM-integrated lead tracking
and
A/B testing
for ad and landing page performance.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and measurable results.
