Exceptional Ad Agency is on a mission to help D2C brands scale profitably with performance-driven strategies. We've worked with brands across fashion, skincare, lifestyle, and more--driving consistent 3X-5X ROAS through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and powerful CRO-backed funnels.

We're now looking for a

Performance Marketing Associate

who's hungry to learn, execute, and grow alongside our ambitious team.

What You'll Do:

Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta Ads & Google Ads) Monitor KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and CPA to ensure campaign profitability Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience targeting Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft high-converting ad creatives Prepare weekly reports and share actionable insights Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends

What We're Looking For:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta BM) Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Bonus if you've worked with D2C or eCommerce brands
