Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing and Social Media Manager to drive our digital advertising success and enhance our brand's social presence. You'll manage paid campaigns across various platforms, optimize for ROI, and build engaging social media strategies to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve KPIs like CPA and ROAS. Manage budgets, analyze data, and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies, managing our presence on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop engaging contents with the help of team, manage content calendars, and foster community interaction.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in digital/performance marketing + social media strategy
Proven track record managing paid social, performance channels and delivering strong results
Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 (or equivalent), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager etc
Excellent analytical skills, comfort with data, A/B testing mindset& optimization experience
Strong communication, project management abilities and ability to work cross-functionally
(Bonus) Certifications in Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Blueprint; experience in influence/affiliate marketing; multi-market exposure
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pabbly, WATI, Interakt, or equivalent for workflow automation and CRM integration
Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools like Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio),or similar platforms for performance monitoring and user behavior insights.
