About the Role
Enoylity Media Creations (Meru Land Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Performance Marketing Executive who can publish, manage, and optimize Google and YouTube ad campaigns as per the defined marketing pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in campaign execution, YouTube draft handling, and daily optimization, rather than high-level strategy. You will closely work with the founders, management, and creative team to ensure smooth execution and measurable performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
Execute and publish Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
Install, manage, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads Manager (MCC)
Follow the defined marketing pipeline for campaign publishing and execution
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversions, and ROAS
Perform regular optimizations to improve campaign performance
YouTube & Community Management
Upload and manage unlisted YouTube draft videos for advertising purposes
Manage YouTube channels and communities, including MHD Community
Ensure proper publishing, tagging, and compliance with YouTube ad policies
Reporting & Coordination
Track daily campaign performance and maintain basic performance reports
Coordinate with content and creative teams for ad creatives and assets
Ensure timely execution and smooth campaign flow
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & YouTube Ads execution
Strong understanding of campaign setup, publishing, and optimization
Experience handling YouTube drafts and channel operations
Basic knowledge of budgeting, bidding strategies, and ad policies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently with minimal supervision
Salary Range
(Final salary will depend on hands-on execution skills and past ad budget exposure.)
