Role Overview:
Looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to manage and optimize
digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels to drive customer acquisition
and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate).
Track and analyze KPIs - CAC, ROAS, CPL, CVR, LTV.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences & landing pages.
Research parent-focused consumer insights & competitor trends.
Collaborate with content, design & product teams for high-performing campaigns.
Build dashboards & ensure compliance with baby food/nutrition ad guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Statistics or related field.
3-4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing (FMCG, baby care, nutrition
preferred).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools.
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; data-driven mindset.
Passion for working in baby food & nutrition, with focus on trust and compliance.
Must be from D2C Food brands

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Revenue growth from digital campaigns

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
