• Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
• Utilize data analytics tools for campaign monitoring and optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets to achieve campaign objectives.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, growth hacking, or direct response marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving ROI targets through data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
