We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid ad campaigns
across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You'll be responsible for end-to-end
strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting--ensuring measurable growth and ROI for
diverse business verticals including e-commerce, hospitality, F&B, health, and travel.
Key Responsibilities
? Design, launch, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Meta,
TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
? Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and spend pacing to meet or exceed ROI
and CPA targets.
? Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting filters, and landing pages to maximize
performance.
? Produce detailed performance reports, derive strategic insights, and make actionable
recommendations.
? Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and product teams to align ad strategy with
broader business goals.
? Stay up to date with platform updates, trend shifts, and emerging digital marketing tools.
Required Experience & Skills
? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and
Google Ads.
? Proficient in Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
? Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad
management dashboards.
? In-depth knowledge of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates,
and spend efficiency.
? Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
? Skilled in budget management, campaign pacing, and bid optimization.
? Experience in systematic testing and experimentation (A/B testing and multivariate
testing).
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience.
? Experience in agency environments or high-growth businesses is a strong advantage.
? Professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads) are a plus.
