Responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting performance-driven paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve lead generation, CPL and ROI targets for bakery sales or business growth and all other responsibilities of this domain.
Develop and execute paid marketing strategy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pintrest)
Own end-to-end campaign setup, budgeting, A/B testing, tracking and optimisation
Must Have:-
Strong experience in ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
Proven record in lead gen & ROI-driven campaigns
Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, UTM, Sheets/Excel)
Knowledge of basic SEO/content funnels and CRO
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
